Today we slide south along 315 to just north of the 270 interchange and The Hills Market in Worthington Hills, Ohio.
A few years back the specialty grocer added a downtown Columbus, Ohio location as well. But I haven’t been there yet, so I’m focusing on the Worthington Hills location.
The Hills Market, at least my favorite part, is the wide-selection of deli and meat options that are Ohio-grown. The deli area has a collection of dips – from Buffalo and Blu Cheese to Spinach – that are made in the store.
The Hills Market is also a carrier of great local coffees – including Back Room Coffee – wines, and chocolates. Including Dietz Chocolate, from Findlay, which is a favorite to Mrs. Toby. The chocolate-covered pretzels are yum-o.
The Hills Market is located at 7860 Olentangy River Road in Worthington Hills – but use Columbus in your GPS – and open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday. The first hour of each day is reserved for those that are high-risk for COVID and they do offer online shopping.
We are in the final day of COVID-19 protocol! So expect better graphics and less “borrowed” images next week. We love our local businesses and are missing the interaction that comes with these features normally.
