Long-Time Mansfield Resident Expands CGB Footprint

Heidi Wade is C.G. Boyce Real Estate Co.’s newest agent joining the company in February 2018.

“I’ve known Heidi for years and when she expressed an interest in real estate, we knew we wanted her determination and focus on our team,” said C.G. Boyce Real Estate Co. president and broker Toby Boyce. “And that was even beyond us growing up together in Danville.”

Heidi – a Mansfield resident and Danville native – is excited to take on the challenges that come with the current real estate market. “I moved to Mansfield because of my husband,” she said. “And now twenty years later, I’m excited to find houses that fit into their budget. It will be a challenge and I like a challenge.

While that challenge will be on Heidi’s shoulders, her goal is to make it see like cutting warm butter to her clients. “I like helping people find a new home,” she said. “Getting people through the process, allowing them to understand, and remain relaxed is my goal for each client.”
