DelOh 365 #7: Delaware County District Library

DelOh 365
Facing the main entrance of the Delaware County District Library’s main branch in historic-downtown Delaware, Ohio.

Located along Union Street and East Winter is the main branch of the Delaware County District Library. The main branch is the anchor of the system which includes branches in Ostrander, Powell, and Orange Township.

The branch offers a great collection of toddler, children, teen and adult programs throughout the month. It also has a community room that is used for numerous events throughout the year. If you are a fan of the Delaware County Library system, it would be great if you became a member of the Friends of Delaware County District Libraries.

The main branch is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.; Saturday 9 am. until 5 p.m. and Sunday Noon until 5 p.m.

What is DelawareOH 365?

Delaware, Ohio, is a vibrant community — both the city and county — and we are going to spend every day of 2020 taking a peek at what makes it special. Whether it be people, places, events, or anything else that catches our fancy. What else have we featured? Check it out!
