Browntown Properties Adds Another Property to Portfolio
The former service station along North Old State Road at Pearl Street in Kilbourne, Ohio, has a new owner this week.
Brownstone Investment Group purchased the 5,020 square foot building for $55,000. Which gives Browntown 13 parcels of land in the community formerly known as Killbourne. When the post office went, the area now has a Delaware address on west side of Alum Creek and Sunbury on the east side.
Browntown purchased the majority of the late Bronislaw Arbesfeld estate at auction last summer. They added the Killbourne Market and have done amazing work with that place while keeping the small-town bait-shop feel that made it a favorite of ours.
