Anyone that’s gotten gas at the United Dairy Farmers at West William and Liberty Streets in Delaware, Ohio, knows how big a pain it can be.
UDF took steps this past week to alleviate that when it purchased three parcels – totaling .419 acres — for $900,000 according to the Delaware County Auditor’s site. The properties are along the east side of the gas station and convenience store and runs to the Tim Horton’s parking lot. They paid a whopping $2.2 million per acre.
Of course, the expectation is that the current gas station and c-store will be demolished and a more modern and as important functional station will be added on the site.
