California-based Avistone has aquired two Columbus, Ohio, area properties for a combined $8.08 Million accordging to the Franklin County Auditor’s site.
According to its web site, “Avistone is a real estate investment management firm with expertise in the acquisition and management of multi-tenant industrial properties that optimize yield, return and risk.”
460-480 Schrock Road, known more commonly as Creek Run Commerce Center features 108,934 square feet of office and warehouse space located adjacent to the railroad tracks west of Hundley Road. Built in 1986, the location features three buildings on 7.7 acres. The location includes 24 rental units with tenants including CLS Furniture Direct, KST Security, American Moving Storage of Ohio, Morgan Auto, Post Printing and Liqui-Box.
The second property is Lakeview Commerce Center, located at 670 and 720 Lakeview Plaza Boulevard in Worthington, Ohio. The two parcels include a total of four buildings and is located between Sancus Boulevard and the railroad tracks just north of I-270. The buildings cover 10 acres of land and has 99,056 square feet of warehouse and office space. Built in 1986 the properties are classified as “average quality” by the Franklin County Auditor. Among the tenants include Top Notch Training, Columbus Area Boardgaming Society, Robin Technologies, Mid-Ohio Select Soccer League, and Seven-Orgun Technologies among others.
Avistone now has 10 properties in its portfolio and with the addition of these two complexes have four — including Dearborn Park Commerce Center and Tuller Ridge Commerce Center — in the Columbus metropolitan market.
