Unfortunately, we are still in covid-19 protocol so a trip to Galena wasn’t possible. However, we always keep a couple of pounds of Backroom Coffee Roasters beans in the house and office just in case a pandemic happens.
The name comes from its origins in the backroom of a north Columbus bicycle shop in 2010 and eventually made the move to Galena when it outgrew the space.
Trent and Melodee Lundberg purchased the company when friend Chris Bishop relocated to Colorado. They have their heart in the right place. “We believe in quality, so you can drink the finest cup possible,” they write on their Web site. “We roast only high-end Arabica beans from around the world. And, at the end of the day we believe in giving back.”
Backroom Coffee Roasters is located at 9087 Dustin Road in Galena, Ohio. However as with all small businesses would suggest contacting them by phone (614-563-9410) or their “Contact Us” page.
