Walking into Eric Hubbs’ Bison Enterprise Noble Accountant office in downtown Delaware, Ohio, is more like catching up with an old friend than visiting your accountant.

“I love getting to know my clients,” Hubbs said. “Families, the history, things they remember about Delaware growing up. I live a bit vicariously through them. I have lived in Delaware only since 1989. Yet I feel as though I have lived here my whole life after hearing so many stories about Delaware.”

That connection to Delaware is a deep one for the Findlay High School and Ohio State University graduate. Recently, Eric and his wife, Shannon, opened Pinot’s Palette, a paint-and-sip experience, on West Olentangy Street in Powell, Ohio.

“The fact my clients come to me year after year with trust is very humbling to me.”

“I have grown to love Delaware. The history of Delaware fascinates me. Families of previous generations that have made Delaware home have created who we are today. Delaware seems ever changing. Creating an identity that is willing to adapt and not be too rigid. There are so many businesses and non-profits in Delaware. Everyone has a place and opportunity in Delaware.”

That opportunity and the continued support of the Delaware community is not lost on Eric.

“Knowing I provide clients with a service of comfort and assurance with their tax filings.  The fact my clients come to me year after year with trust is very humbling to me.”

Bison Enterprise Noble Accountant is located at 2 West Winter Street Suite 303 in downtown Delaware.

Eric resides in Ostrander with Shannon and the couple have three sons – Christian, Trevyn, Joshua – and a daughter, Sydnye.

Warrior Wednesday is an opportunity to introduce Delaware community to those that work behind the scenes in service industries that may not get profiled in the Delaware 365 tour.
